Refund Policy We have a NO refund, NO exchange, NO return policy in order for all cornhole sets that we sell. We ship cornhole sets through DHL and the buyer is responsible for any insurance claims that may result from damaged goods or lost merchandise. We are more than willing to provide any and all tracking information for insurance purposes if necessary. You may cancel your order within 72 hours of the time of purchase. Anything beyond 72 hours must be honored by the buyer. We do not guarantee, nor promise any and all delivery dates for any purchase. Cornhole Bag Warranty Our bags carry a six month warranty. This takes effect from the time of the purchase date. Our warranty only covers bags that have busted or opened at the seems. Damage including, but not limited to, water damage, gashes or cuts and normal abrasion from the playing surface of the bags are NOT covered. A bag that has broken at the seem needs to be sent to us for investigation. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon proof of purchase, replacement bag(s) will be issued.
